  • Do you have packaged prices?

    Because we host such a wide variety of events, our prices vary. A couple of things we consider are type of event and length of event. Please reach out and we can provide you with a formal quote. 

  • What is included in my rental?

    Our staff provides set-up/ tear-down for all of our rentals, livestock and private parties alike. For our livestock events, ring pellets, bleachers, and on-site staff are all included in your rental. Private parties have many add-on options such as tables, chairs, stage, and various decorative elements.

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    We book up to two years in advance. Dates are always available on a first-come first-serve basis. 

  • Is food and alcohol allowed?

    Lessees always have the option to bring in their own food and beverages, however, all applicable state and local permitting requirements must be followed.

  • Do you have electrical hookups?

    We do not have any electrical hookups on site; however, Woodward Elks Rodeo Arena is right across the street. We would be happy to provide you with contact information regarding hookups.

  • This is a frequently asked question?

  • Do you have equine stalls or equine overnight housing?

    No, unfortunately, we do not! We send those looking for overnight stays to the Woodward Elks Rodeo Arena. Please call 580-254-8557 for more information.
